You do not need to live in the 7th District to take our survey—you will be asked if you live within the district before answering questions.
All survey results are collected anonymously. You are NOT required to enter any personal or identifying information to complete this survey. You may skip any question you do NOT wish to respond to and still submit this survey.
This survey will take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
